Simba N. Sigauke

Executive Director

Nomatter (known as Simba) is a Chartered Accountant who trained with Deloitte with experience in Finance and Business Strategy. Simba also holds a position of Business Solutions and Strategy Executive for Masawara PLC, previously listed with London stock exchange, which is a diversified holding Group with presence in Southern Africa. Over 11 years’ he has gained extensive experience in Investment management, Strategy, Business Start-ups, Financial Management & Advisory and is at core an entrepreneur.

Simba has exposure in various sectors covering financial services, Investment management services, Hospitality, Audit, Advisory & Consultancy services, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Agriculture, Mining, FCMG, Aviation, Automobile retailing, Pharmaceuticals, Transport & Logistics, and Non-profit institutions. His career and industry exposure actively covers Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia, South Africa, Zambia, and Malawi

Brenda T. Kufandirori

Non-Executive Director

Brenda is a Chartered Accountant and an experienced finance professional with more than 10 years post qualification experience. Brenda trained with Deloitte and her exposure cuts across UAE, United States of America, South Africa, Botswana, Zambia and Brussels. Prior to joining Masawara she served Nedbank Zimbabwe Limited for close to 6 years as a senior manager responsible for performance management and strategy execution. She is skilled in financial reporting, management accounting, strategy and budgeting.

Yvan H. Mvunabo

Business Development & Strategy

Yvan holds a Masters in Manufacturing Systems and Operations Management, registered with the Zimbabwe Institute of Engineers and streamlining towards business transformation and strategy execution. He possesses strong negotiating, cost optimization, deal structuring and business process re-engineering competencies, with progressive experience of planning and implementing value chain optimization initiatives in dynamic, fast paced and diversified environments.

He has experience in the Petroleum sector (Total Energies), Banking (Nedbank), Telecommunications (Dandemutande), Reinsurance (Minerva Risk Advisors), NGOs (UNDP-UNV), Manufacturing (Sable Chemicals). He has also been actively involved in implementing trading and procurement solutions for the Masawara Group

Fredy Ndhlovu

Operations & Logistics

Previously worked for several organizations in Supply Chain and Logistics departments. He has worked for Lafarge Cement, Delta Beverages, Dairibord, Pioneer and other organizations. He has served as Branch Chairman for the CILT Zimbabwe and been a member of the Institute for several years. Fredy is a qualified and Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT – UK). He holds a BSc. Honours Degree, a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Zimbabwe and other qualifications in Supply Chain and Logistics

Lazarus Munyisa

Supply Chain Optimization

Lazarus is a supply chain expert, focusing on international trade, product sourcing and logistics. With exposure in Asian sourcing hubs, he champions value chain optimisation initiatives through linking the wide pool of Asian manufacturers and suppliers with markets in Southern Africa. He has previously worked as a sales and Marketing Executive in diverse industries spanning from telecommunication, banking, and insurance sector. . He is a holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from Midlands State University and Masters degree in Economics from Beijing Forestry University.
